Why do makeup?semi permanent ?
This technique is used to fill in an eyebrow line that has been over-plucked or in which there is a scar. We can also reconstruct an eyebrow line for a person who has had treatment (chemotherapy) or a disease affecting growth (alopecia). But also quite simply for a question of aesthetics in order to obtain a perfect eyebrow line without makeup.
